Anupam Prakash

Anupam Prakash is a Practice Leader for the Corporate Transactions and Transformations (CTT) Practice at Hewitt Associates. Anupam has over 24 years of industry experience in diverse sectors and geographies.

Anupam consults with federal, regional, local and municipal governments and policy makers in helping them formulate their investor strategies and improve their investment attractiveness in the 'knowledge' and services space. In his role as the CTT leader at Hewitt he works extensively with Fortune 1000 companies as well as local firms in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions, Divestitures, Global Growth and Business Transformation. Anupam also founded Hewitt's Globalization practice that helps countries and companies plan, articulate and implement their globalization initiatives.

Anupam is a subject matter expert in the area of developing the triple E linkage between Education - Employability - Economy. He has helped numerous government and non-government clients articulate and implement macro talent development strategies that lay emphasis the creating the right-skilled, industry-ready talent that supports sustainable growth of a location. He has also helped governments formulate policy level interventions for investment promotion and industrial development and has a special interest in the capability development of small and medium enterprises.

His global experience includes advising multi lateral agencies, federal and local governments, trade bodies and investment promotion agencies. Anupam has worked with leaders, in both the public and private sectors, in growth economies across Asia-Pacific (India, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, Philippines, Turkey, Israel), Africa (Egypt, Libya, Ghana, Mauritius, South Africa), Europe (Spain, Portugal, Germany, UK, Poland), North America (US, Canada) and Latin America ( Dominican Republic, Chile, Peru, Uruguay). He has also been actively involved in global forums in upcoming destinations and emerging locations.

Anupam is a keen exponent of HR and people practices and is driven by the socio-economical and cultural implications of large developmental programs. He is a frequent speaker at public events and global conferences.

Jim Costello

Jim Costello has worked with SouthWestern since 2003. Previously he spent 15 years in the Information Technology and Outsourcing Sectors in Ireland and Internationally. In the Outsourcing and IT sector, he was Finance Director for Unisys Corporation in Europe, General Manager of Managed Services in France and Global Managing Director of the Unisys/Dell Managed Services Alliance, a $120m managed Services business. He joined SouthWestern as the company moved from IT processing in Department of Agriculture into a full Business Process Outsourcing company. Since then the company has grown through the delivery of true value-add to all existing and new customers.

Through this experience, Jim's career has been involved in delivering "mission critical" solutions for large and major customers around the world where excellent service has always been the benchmark. In addition Jim has studied Business excellence models in University of Ulster and Stanford University, Ca. Jim has a passion for business excellence and his ambition is to deliver this to all SW clients though great service.
Outside of work Jim and his wife Judy, have three children, enjoys all sports (especially Kilkenny hurling) and lives close to Kinsale, Co. Cork.



Andrzej Olechowski

Dr. Andrzej Olechowski is a Member of the Supervisory Boards of Bank Handlowy, Layetana Developments Polska and MCI Management as well as a Director of Euronet. He sits on the International Advisory Boards of ACE, Citigroup Europe and Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund. He is European Deputy Chairman of the Trilateral Commission and a member of European Council on Foreign Relations.

A former Minister of Foreign Affairs (1993-95) and Minister of Finance (1992), he is a founder of the Civic Platform, a centrist political party, created after the 2000 Presidential elections of which he was a candidate. His previous positions include Chairman of the City Council in Wilanów (1994-98), Economic Advisor to President Lech Wałęsa (1992-93; 1995), Secretary of State for Foreign Economic Relations (1991-92), Deputy Governor, National Bank of Poland (1989-91). Former Chairman of Bank Handlowy (1991-96, 1998-2000) he served as a Member of Supervisory Boards of Vivendi, PKN Orlen, LOT and ABB Poland. He was a Senior Advisor to the EBRD and a Member of the Advisory Boards of Goldman Sachs, Creditanstalt, Banca Nazionale del Lavoro, Textron and IFC.

Educated at the Central School of Planning and Statistics (Ph.D., 1979), he is the author of numerous publications on international trade and foreign policy.
